Like last year, we are taking advantage of Securities and Exchange Commission rules that allow us to furnish proxy materials to you via the Internet. Unless you have already requested to receive a printed set of proxy materials, you will receive a Notice Regarding the Availability of Proxy Material, or Notice. The Notice contains instructions on how to access proxy materials and vote shares via the Internet or, if preferred, to request a printed set of proxy materials at no additional cost to the shareholder. We believe this approach provides a convenient way to access the proxy materials and for shareholders to vote their shares, while lowering our printing and delivery costs and reducing the environmental impact associated with our annual meeting.
