Attending the Special Meeting
Only stockholders as of the April 18, 2013, record date, and the holders of their proxies, are entitled to attend the special stockholders meeting. If you plan to attend the meeting, proof of ownership as of the record date is required for admittance. Seating, however, is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
